Stay in the loop

As some of you have been working from home since March, the park team has been using the opportunity to freshen up common areas and some of the landscaping, making the park look as good as it can for occupiers as and when they can return to work. Keep reading for more information, as well as general park updates.

Health & Safety

Park teams have installed social distancing signage across the park to provide guidance and reminders of ways we can protect ourselves and each other whilst at work. We also wanted to do our best to keep you in the know-how on what we are doing to make your workplace at Maxis COVID-secure so the team created a simple video, highlighting all of the safety measures. Take a look by clicking here.

We have registered both buildings on the NHS Track and Trace App and are displaying the QR codes in both reception areas. . To stay up to date with Government guidance and with your safety in mind, we are asking you to scan the QR code when entering a building. For more information, please click here.

General park updates

The team have also been busy with other general park updates, including:

  • Adding new white lines in the car park and on the pedestrian walkways and safety crossings – making it clearer for all users
  • New and improved fencing around the perimeter of the car park
  • New smoking shelter
  • Decoration of the lift lobby areas

Thank you:

We would like to say a massive thank you and give a warm recognition to all of the onsite teams that have continued their work on the park to ensure Maxis has remained secure, clean and most importantly, safe during this period.

We are proud to have our very own key workers keeping things moving forward and available to offer their services for whenever it is required.

And also to our occupiers who have adhered to all new guidance and supported our efforts during this time.
